My Story
This charity is close to my heart having recently lost my cousin and a friend to suicide.
The work that Samaritans do is incredible, for some they can be that lifeline that saves their life and gives them somebody to speak to when they feel hopeless. We all have mental health, and not only have I suffered myself but other family members and friends have also had their struggles, and I'm doing this for all of those people in my life who have ever struggled with their mental health too.
It's my first half marathon, and the most I've run before is 5k! So wish me luck! :)
